The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out a varied portfolio of residential valuations and surveys, producing accurate, high-quality reports while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Your workload will include:

• Mortgage valuations for high street and specialist lenders.
• Buy-to-Let, HMO, Bridging Finance,
• Light Refurbishment and Multi-Unit property valuations.
• Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Housing Association valuations.
• RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.
• Responding promptly to post-inspection and lender enquiries.

Performance Standards

• You'll be expected to deliver work efficiently whilst maintaining the highest professional standards, including:
• Same-day reporting for standard lender valuations. Specialist lender and private client reports completed within 24 hours.
• RICS Level 2 Home Survey reports issued within four working days.
• Timely responses to valuation queries and client requests.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.
• VRS Registration (essential).
• Previous experience carrying out residential valuations and home surveys.
• Excellent report writing skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Confidence using digital surveying and reporting software.
• The ability to manage your own workload and consistently meet service level agreements.
• A professional, customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
