Are you an experienced Consultant Surveyor (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS with VRS)? Join our Clients growing network and enjoy flexibility, excellent pay, and industry-leading tools designed for surveyors like you.

Locations Urgently Required:

  • South West: Cornwall, Devon, Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Taunton, Yeovil, Dorset
  • South East: Portsmouth, Hampshire, Southampton, Brighton/Bognor Regis, Oxford/Reading, Swindon
  • North England: Bradford, York, Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, Blackpool, Northumberland/Darlington, Durham/Middlesborough, Newcastle/Sunderland, Manchester
  • Midlands: Nottinghamshire, Peterborough, Lincoln, Derby, Leicestershire
  • Wales: All Wales regions

Flexible Working & Competitive Pay:

  • 45:55 fee split in your favour
  • Paid twice monthly – no invoices to raise
  • Choose the postcode areas you want to cover
  • Work 2–6 days per week, alongside your private clients if you wish

Technology & Support:

  • Industry-leading surveying app, free for network jobs
  • Use it for private jobs for a small fee
  • Full IT support and in-house technical guidance
  • Minimal admin – jobs supplied, no payment handling

Requirements:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS (with VRS if valuing)
  • Own professional indemnity insurance (£1M preferred, negotiable)
  • Own iPad, surveying equipment, and transport
  • Comfortable using technology to complete reports
