Our client is seeking a MRICS/FRICS Chartered Surveyor with Registered Valuer Status (ideally) to join a successful and growing business, with a view to becoming an equity partner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years post qualification experience in Commercial Survey and Valuation Work. Residential Property experience is desirable but not essential. This is a unique and interesting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career.
About the role:
- Conducting surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify defects, maintenance requirements, and compliance issues on commercial (& residential if experienced) property.
- Preparing accurate and comprehensive reports, including condition surveys, dilapidation assessments, Level 1, 2 & 3 survey reports and mortgage valuations.
- Undertaking valuation work for purchases, mortgage lending, matrimonial, Help to Buy, Right to Buy and a variety of other purposes.
