They’re now seeking qualified Building Surveyors to join their team on a part-time, field-based basis across the South-East.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out non-lender RICS Red Book valuations
- Undertaking Level 2 & Level 3 residential surveys
- Producing clear, professional reports in line with the RICS Home Survey Standard
- Managing your own diary, clients, and workload with real autonomy
- Maintaining RICS compliance and professional development
What You’ll Need:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Proven post-qualification experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
