We’re working with a growing and highly regarded residential and Commercial Property Consultancy that’s looking to add an experienced Valuation Surveyor to their team. If you’re MRICS/FRICS qualified (or working towards it) and want flexibility, autonomy, and a strong pipeline of valuation work, this is a great opportunity to step into a high-performing environment.
The Role
- Commercial valuations (Pension Funds, Probate, Marketing Reports)
- Residential valuations (Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Development)
- Rent Reviews
- Landlord & Tenant matters
You’ll be ideally based out of Stoke initially, with the role quickly becoming predominantly field‑based covering the Midlands, North West, Derbyshire.

What We’re Looking For
- MRICS or FRICS (Registered Valuer status desirable, not essential)

- Exposure to Landlord & Tenant or Property Management
- Ability to manage instructions from start to finish independently
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Proven track record of fee earning
- Full driving licence
