Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an MRICS or FRICS registered valuer to join their expanding loan security team. They are open to surveyors from a commercial, residential, or mixed background. If you’re looking to broaden your expertise, full support and training will be provided to develop your experience across both sectors.
Responsibilities
- The role involves delivering Red Book‑compliant loan security valuations across commercial assets, mixed‑use schemes, development land and residential property.
