An established and expanding independent commercial consultancy is seeking an experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join its Commercial Valuations team in Woking. This role provides an ambitious surveyor with the opportunity to progress their career within a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment, contributing directly to business growth and client success.
The Role
- Conduct RICS Red Book valuations for loan security, taxation, litigation, and general market purposes across a range of asset classes.
- Carry out property inspections, measure floor and site areas, and undertake detailed market research including comparables, planning, and demographics.
- Analyse leases and legal documentation, preparing accurate valuation reports and development appraisals.
- Work closely with the Managing Director, providing guidance and support to the wider valuations team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial valuation sector.
- Undertake assignments primarily across the Home Counties and London.
The Candidate
- MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial valuations with strong technical knowledge.
- Commercially aware, capable of identifying and winning new business.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing business.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
