A respected national property consultancy is expanding its network of Chartered Surveyors and is seeking an experienced professional to cover Newcastle and surrounding areas on a 2–3 day per week basis.
The Role
- Deliver RICS Level 2 Home Surveys (Level 3 a bonus)
- Manage your own diary with full flexibility
- Residential properties across Newcastle and the surrounding region
About You
- Chartered with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS)
- Strong experience in Level 2 surveys; Level 3 desirable
- Client-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
- Own PII preferred (cover may be available in certain circumstances)
