Our Client is building a national network of MRICS and FRICS qualified Surveyors, operating in optimised territories and delivering exceptional valuations and survey reports. While Leeds, West Yorkshire, and London are priority locations, top candidates from anywhere in the UK are welcome to apply.
ABOUT THE COMPANY

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Full-time or part-time (3–5 days per week)
- Highly Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission

THE ROLE
- Provide valuations and survey reports in line with RICS standards
- Complete homebuyer reports and residential valuations
- Undertake building surveys and complex cases (desirable but not essential)
- Drive performance in your territory, meeting targets for quality, revenue, and turnaround
- Supported remotely by a central team, internal quality specialists, and a nationwide network of surveyors, you will operate independently but never in isolation. Collaboration is expected. Excellence is mandatory.
REQUIREMENTS
- MRICS or FRICS qualified, minimum 2 years PQE
- Registered Valuer
- Experienced with homebuyer reports; building surveys desirable
- Self‐motivated and disciplined
- Confident with IT and tablet‐based technology
- Highly organised, able to meet deadlines and targets
- Team player who values professional collaboration
