MLA Architects is expanding its People & Culture team with a new People and Culture Manager role across three studios (Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester). You will partner with directors to shape culture, lead recruitment, onboarding and development, and nurture wellbeing and engagement across the practice.

Ideal candidates will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, have CIPD Level 5 or 7, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and a collaborative approach to supporting teams.
