Our client, a fast-growing international payments provider, is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Partnerships to lead and expand their partner ecosystem. As Global Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, identifying and securing new strategic partners, and managing existing relationships to drive revenue and market expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy – Create and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
- Identify and Secure New Partnerships – Identify potential strategic partners, conduct due diligence to assess alignment of goals and values, and secure new opportunities to grow our business and reach new customers.
- Manage Existing Partnerships – Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, innovation, and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure partnership activities align with overall business strategies.
- Performance Monitoring – Develop a robust framework for managing and evaluating the success of partnerships, ensuring they contribute positively to the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior partnership role within the global payments, foreign exchange, or payroll payments industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships in cross-border payments, e-money, or multi-currency payroll solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in negotiations, deal structuring, and contract management within the payments or FX sector.
- Experience in partner onboarding, account management, and long-term relationship building in an international payments environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a B2B financial services setting.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to conceptualize and implement partnership strategies that align with long-term company goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to assess and optimize partnership performance.
