As a regulated Electronic Money Institution, the company delivers tailored payment solutions, e-money accounts, and seamless international transactions across 120+ currencies. They are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial function, drive revenue growth, and shape the go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy aligned with growth targets. Lead sales, marketing, and business development teams to deliver results. Identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships in global markets. Work cross-functionally with product and technology to align solutions with market needs. Build and nurture a high-performing, customer-focused commercial culture. Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in senior commercial roles within fintech or financial services payments. Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and e-money products. Demonstrated success in scaling go-to-market functions in high-growth environments. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
