Our client a fast-growing international payments provider, is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in key industry verticals, including payroll providers, financial services, e-commerce, and corporate treasury teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Targeting & Lead Generation β Identify and engage key decision-makers in high-growth sectors.
- Consultative Selling & Deal Closure β Understand client pain points, present tailored payment solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Sales Strategy Execution β Develop and implement targeted sales plans to win new clients.
- Collaboration & Growth β Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.
- Performance Tracking β Monitor sales targets, optimize strategies, and drive revenue growth.

- Proven track record in new business development and B2B sales within payroll payments, global payments, FX, or treasury management.
- Experience selling payment, FX, or treasury solutions to payroll providers
- Strong consultative selling skills β ability to uncover client needs and position high-value solutions.
