Our client a fast-growing international payments provider, is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in key industry verticals, including payroll providers, financial services, e-commerce, and corporate treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industry Targeting & Lead Generation – Identify and engage key decision-makers in high-growth sectors.
  • Consultative Selling & Deal Closure – Understand client pain points, present tailored payment solutions, and close high-value deals.
  • Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement targeted sales plans to win new clients.
  • Collaboration & Growth – Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor sales targets, optimize strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in new business development and B2B sales within payroll payments, global payments, FX, or treasury management.
  • Experience selling payment, FX, or treasury solutions to payroll providers
  • Strong consultative selling skills – ability to uncover client needs and position high-value solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset – track sales performance and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills – ability to influence senior stakeholders.
