As we continue to scale our operations, we're looking for a highly organised Purchasing & Logistics Administrator to support our sales and production teams and ensure materials are sourced efficiently and delivered on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with procurement or logistics administration experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
About the Role
You will play a vital part in the smooth running of our supply chain, supporting purchasing activities, maintaining accurate data in our ERP system, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Your work will directly support manufacturing, sales, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, process, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the ERP system
- Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing information, and contracts
- Support supplier sourcing, obtain quotations, and prepare comparison analyses
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve administrative issues
- Work closely with production, inventory, and accounts teams to align purchasing with operational needs
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase orders for raw materials and consumables
- Produce regular procurement and supplier performance reports
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Processing of shipping documents via our ERP system
- Arrange and co-ordinate customer shipments using UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing and logistics functions
About You
Qualifications & Experience
- 1β3 years' experience in a procurement or administrative role (manufacturing preferred)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (E-Max, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
