We are looking for a Casual Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help create welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably clean environments for our guests. This flexible role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being active, and has a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:

  • Clean and service guest rooms to Marriott brand standards, ensuring every room is guest-ready.
  • Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
  • Clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Remove rubbish, used linen, and room service items from guest rooms and service areas.
  • Dust, polish, vacuum, and complete floor-care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
  • Check that all room appliances, furnishings, and facilities are present and in good working order.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and departmental requirements.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, ensuring supplies are stocked and transported safely throughout the shift.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost property in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support colleagues and work collaboratively to ensure operational excellence across the hotel.
