Job Purpose
- Provide colleagues with necessary equipment, troubleshooting hardware issues, and offering support and training.
- Maintain hardware assets responsibly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure and configure hardware for new or replacement devices.
- Maintain inventory and standard images for devices.
- Track hardware lifecycle, support troubleshooting, and liaise with vendors.
- Respond to IT incidents and contribute to support documentation.
- Support hardware audits and asset management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Interest in repairing PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and understanding hardware components.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and diagnostic tools.
- Customer service skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Apple iOS.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
