The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

In the role of Technical Author, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving high-quality technical documentation for our digital products, including software applications like GeoLocs, APIs, and middleware solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, QA and UX teams to ensure our documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly for both internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, user facing help libraries, SDK documentation, release notes, and product specifications.

Collaborate with product teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, accessible content.

Work closely with UX designers to ensure documentation aligns with product interfaces and workflows.

Conduct content reviews with Software & QA engineers and other stakeholders such as Product Manager, to ensure accuracy.

You have proven experience as a Technical Author, Technical Writer, or similar role.

You have strong understanding of digital products, APIs, SDKs, and software development processes.

Proficiency in English language is a critical skill, due to the content of documentation.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Authoring knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or C#.

Experience with multimedia content creation (diagrams, videos, etc.)

Previous experience in the iGaming, lottery, or betting industry.
