This role is for a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. This role serves as a bridge between our sales, product, and technical teams, collaborating closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can add value.

Though we have a broad range of products, the primary focus will be supporting our flagship geolocation compliance product, GeoLocs. Selling into the Betting, Gaming and Lottery industries to operators who need geo-fencing technology to ensure they are compliant with local regulations.

Your key focus will be to demonstrate the functionality of the GeoLocs products to prospects, working with them through technical evaluations, helping customers integrate SDKs into their own Web and App products, supporting them through this process and ongoing post production support with updates and enhancements. You will feed into the product roadmap, feedback from customers and offer your own ideas and suggestions on how the product can be continuously improved.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical background, excellent communication skills, good commercial acumen and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Act as a trusted advisor for potential clients, understanding their technical requirements and business goals.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations.
  • Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries.
  • Design and propose tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of solutions for new customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the client base.

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related role.
  • You have a strong technical background with knowledge of AWS, Cloud Computing, SaaS Products etc.
  • You have excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are experienced in conducting product demonstrations and PoCs.
  • You have the ability to analyse customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience of Geolocation technologies.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.
  • Knowledge of geographical compliance requirements.
