About the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to generate new business opportunities for mkodo. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a continuous new-business sales pipeline, encompassing web and mobile app projects as well as product-based opportunities, with a particular focus on mkodo's geolocation platform, GeoLocs.
- Own initial outreach and take full responsibility for all inbound and outbound leads.
- Lead sales opportunities across the business in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and prospective clients within the lottery, casino, and sports betting sectors.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activity and performance.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the Head of Sales.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and deliver targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Regularly track, analyse, and report performance against agreed sales targets.
- Prepare and present clear, insightful sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and conversion rates.
