Overview
In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of timber and building supplies products. Therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a timber or builder’s merchant environment is essential.
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to maximise sales by building first class relationships with customers both over the telephone and face to face
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Provide quotations to customers, follow them up and pro-actively develop sales
- Work within a close-knit team and deal with our customers on a daily basis
- Be the likeable and reliable person our customers look forward to seeing, ensuring they receive excellent customer service and sound advice
- Be confident, have excellent product knowledge, a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service, great attention to detail
