This is a great opportunity for a pro-active individual to take ownership of the sales and development of the windows and doors side of the business in our well-established and busy Perth branch. You will be encouraged and given the freedom to develop your own ideas that support the branch goals.
Responsibilities
- Providing quotations for customers
- Purchasing materials and managing stock levels for the category
- Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
- Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice
- Taking a proactive approach to sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale
Qualifications And Skills
- Sound product knowledge needed within the wooden windows or doors side of the business.
- Previous similar sales experience is essential for this role
- Confident dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
- The ability to build and maintain great customer relationships
- A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate.
