In this position, you will report into the Branch Directors and will play a key role in the sale of Electrical products; therefore, previous sales experience in a similar role within an electrical wholesaler environment is essential.
Responsibilities And Duties:- Providing quotations for customers.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships both with customers and team members within the branch.
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to purchase materials, whilst managing stock levels for all categories.
- Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice.
- Going the extra mile to meet customer expectations, whilst striving to make MKM the company of choice for electrical sales.
- Customer deliveries when required.
- Taking a proactive approach to electrical sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale to develop electrical sales within the branch.
- Previous sales experience in an electrical wholesaler environment is essential.
- Confident dealing with customers.
- The ability to build great customer relationships.
- A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Full drivers’ licence is essential.
