Bathroom Sales Designer
MKM is the leading independent buildersβ merchant in the UK. Founded in 1995, we operate over 135 branches and employ more than 3,200 people nationwide. We are looking for an experienced salesperson to drive the bathroom design and sales area forward.
Overview
This role involves working in our showroom, guiding customers through the full bathroom design and sales process. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full bathroom design and sales process.
- Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively generate new business.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work alternate Saturday mornings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Sound knowledge of bathroom products is essential.
- Experience using 20β20 Fusion planning software or similar is preferred.
- Confident dealing with customers.
