Office based – 40HR PW – Central Support – Stoneferry, Hull.
Please note that the salary for this role is National Minimum Wage.
Main Purpose
To support the MKM Credit Services Function in recovering delinquent debt and managing legal partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of workload, managing priorities effectively.
- Build relationships with branch directors and their teams to facilitate information exchange.
- Ensure account statuses and notes are kept up to date.
- Complete recovery calls in line with MKM processes.
- Prepare written correspondence regarding customer accounts as needed.
- Manage external relationships with legal partners.
- Negotiate the best outcomes for MKM.
- Review and improve processes.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role.
