Digital Apprentice

As part of the digital team, you’ll get hands-on experience in a variety of areas, gaining comprehensive knowledge while making a meaningful contribution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and responding to queries in the "Web Support" and "Digital Alerts" inboxes.

• Tracking, logging, and resolving customer and branch queries.

• Collaborating with different departments to resolve issues efficiently.

• Assisting in QA testing for websites and mobile apps.

• Supporting merchandising efforts by gathering product data from suppliers and online sources.

• Creating engaging digital assets like images to enhance product visibility on their website.

• Participating in daily stand-up (Scrum) meetings and following up on assigned tasks.

• Providing administrative support across procurement, marketing, and commercial teams.

• Good spelling and grammar.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• English GCSE (Grade 4 or above) is desirable but not essential.
