We’re now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join their tight-knit commercial team. This is a chance to own key retail accounts, shape future growth, and put your stamp on one of the most exciting brands in the space.
What you’ll be doing:- Leading day-to-day management of top UK retail accounts (Tesco, Boots and more)
- Delivering against commercial targets through strong JBPs and negotiation
- Building and nurturing customer relationships so the brand is seen as a trusted, go-to partner
- Identifying and delivering new business wins and growth across categories
- Working cross-functionally to align marketing and supply on execution and planning
- Owning reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility for your accounts
- Staying ahead of trends, analysing data, and using insights to shape the retail strategy
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG account management, ideally in UK retail
- Strong commercial mindset with proven JBP, P&L and contract negotiation experience
- Confident managing grocery or high-street accounts independently
- Sharp on data and insights with a curious, strategic brain
- Brilliant communicator with a hands-on, collaborative approach
- Passion for sustainability, purpose-led brands and shaking up the norm
- £65k + up to 10% bonus
