Snacking/Confectionery – Grocery

Hybrid (Ideally based Midlands or North)

The opportunity:

Following the acquisition of a confectionery brand, the business has successfully rest its strategy, postionning and presentation. New flavours and innovation has supported H1 2025 growth of +15%. The business now requires a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Grocery channel – customers include JS, Tesco, Waitrose, Asda and Ocado.

What will my accountabilities be?

  • P&L Ownership of the Grocery Mults channel
  • Manage existing and new customer P&L, driving a portfolio approach to ensure each customer has a clear annual sales plan
  • Deliver budgeted sales with a focus on volume, revenue and gross margin progression across the total channel
  • Line Management of the OOH Account Manager

Who will I be working with?

Reporting to the Founder and part of a wider commercial team of 5

Working cross functionally with sales, category, marketing, finance and supply

A great candidate will have:

  • 4+ years FMCG sales experience, with Grocery channel experience
  • Self-starter with high-energy, pace and resilience – get it done mentality
  • An agile team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Well-planned, well organized & a passion for sweet treats
