Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

This role is with a market-leading healthy soft drinks brand that\’s taking on the old-school players, cutting unnecessary food waste, and creating a drink you can genuinely feel good about. Think fruit, bold flavour, and zero sugar or sweeteners. Launched in 2017, they\’ve become a major force in a category growing 60% YoY, selling in 20+ countries, landing major listings with Sainsbury\’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S. Now, they\’re ready to dominate Convenience & Forecourts and that\’s where you come in.

The roleThis is a brand-new position with a huge growth remit. You\’ll take full ownership of the Convenience & Forecourts strategy, win major new business, and build long-lasting customer relationships across a high-potential channel.

We\’re looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years\’ experience in the FMCG Convenience & Forecourts space with a proven track record of launching products

Comes armed with a strong network of F&C buyers and contacts

Thrives with a hunter mindset , energized by winning new business

Is a natural relationship-builder who loves being out meeting customers

Brings strong P&L management, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen

Can spot opportunities others miss and knows how to make them happen

Is excited about championing better-for-you drinks that are changing the industry

ResponsibilitiesYou will:

Take full ownership of the Convenience & Forecourts strategy

Win major new business and build long-lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

5+ years\’ experience in FMCG Convenience & Forecourts with product-launch experience

Strong network of F&C buyers and contacts

Hungry, proactive, and capable of working in a hunter sales environment

Excellent relationship-building and field presence

Strong P&L, negotiation, and commercial acumen

Ability to identify and execute opportunities moving the business forward
