We’re buzzing to be partnering with a seriously fast-growing D2C subscription brand (announced in the FEBE and Sunday Times Top 100 lists). With big plans on the horizon, they’re now on the lookout for a Senior CRM & Retention Exec to join their team and help supercharge their CRM, email, and retention strategy.
What you’ll need to bring to the table:
️ 2+ years of hands-on CRM, retention, and email marketing experience
️ Ideally worked for a D2C subscription brand
️ Solid Klaviyo experience would be a big bonus
️ Proven ability to manage lifecycle campaigns and customer segmentation
️ Passion for e-comm, data, and turning customers into loyal fans
