Key Account Manager – Chocolate Challenger Brand Location: Hybrid – London (Richmond office) + travel where needed Salary: £35,000–£42,000 + OTE + commission incentives We’re partnering with a bold, brilliant chocolate brand that’s shaking up the sweet treats category with chunky bars, big flavour, and a whole lot of attitude. They’re growing fast, and now on the hunt for a go-getting, entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to take their UK sales to the next level. They’re building a business with purpose and personality, and this role is your chance to be right at the heart of that growth. Owning and growing accounts across a mix of channels: independent retail, premium retail, hotels, and wholesalers ️ Supporting with bigger pitches and range reviews across key accounts Attending sampling sessions with retail partners to drive trial and sell-through Gathering feedback from the front line and working with marketing to shape POS, activations and collabs Sharing your wins (and learnings) in weekly sales updates with the senior team A passion for challenger brands and doing things differently Proven experience in sales/account management—you know how to build relationships and get results ️ Great with stakeholders, from store managers to founders Hybrid working with time in a beautiful Richmond HQ (and some travel) Heka wellness allowance Free eye tests + enhanced parental leave Pension contributions Teams call with the hiring manager Second Stage: Face to face interview in the office and meet the wider team We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process that means people can be their best authentic self. ❤️
