London (2–3 days a week in the office – Borough)
Full-time (approx. 3 days/week in their London Bridge office)
We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join one of the UK’s most exciting premium drinks challengers with their RTD cocktails. Launched in 2021, they’ve already landed shelves in Waitrose, Ocado, Selfridges, Co-op and more and growth shows no signs of slowing down.
This is a brand known for its bold approach, innovation, and category-leading quality. Behind the scenes, things are moving fast and that’s where you come in.
You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, working closely with the founders and a supply chain consultant to support logistics, suppliers, data and systems. It’s a brilliant opportunity to learn, grow and build structure in a scaling, fast-paced environment.
️ 1–3 years’ experience in operations, logistics or admin (FMCG or D2C a bonus but not essential)
️ Super organised, detail-focused and confident juggling multiple priorities
️ Strong with spreadsheets and data management
️ A clear, confident communicator who thrives in a small, ambitious team
