We’re working with a bold, fast-growing personal care brand that’s on a mission to tackle life’s messiest moments—whether it’s periods, sex, or everything in between. With a feminist, fun, and fiercely inclusive approach, this brand is making waves in major UK retailers (like Tesco and Boots) and expanding rapidly in the US. Now, they’re looking for a B2B Sales & Ops Channel Executive to help take things to the next level. If you’re a hands-on, people-first problem solver who loves building relationships, keeping things organised, and chasing growth, this could be your jam.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Champion: Be the friendly, go-to person for B2B customers—whether it’s a shop owner placing their first order, a university organising campus-wide distribution, or an office manager needing help with deliveries. You’ll provide exceptional service while sharing the brand’s mission with energy and charm.
- Smooth Operator: Work closely with the operations team to ensure every order is processed flawlessly—from tracking deliveries to handling special requests. You’ll keep things running like clockwork and make sure customers experience seamless service from start to finish.
- Growth Guru: Spot opportunities to expand partnerships—think introducing new products to existing accounts or tailoring solutions for customers who want to boost sustainability. You’ll also play a key role in gathering customer insights to help shape future innovations.
- Pipeline Builder: Once you’ve got the core business down, you’ll hit the ground running to find new B2B opportunities. From office spaces to educational institutions, there’s tons of potential to grow this channel—and you’ll be at the forefront of making it happen.
- Organised Legend: Manage the B2B sales and orders inbox like a pro. You’ll keep detailed records, track trends, and make sure everyone stays in the loop. Plus, you’ll flag operational challenges early and help the team tackle them head-on.
- Creative Thinker: This isn’t your average sales role. You’ll bring curiosity and creativity to the table, finding fresh ways to tell the brand’s story and deliver impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales, customer service, or account management —ideally in retail, education, tech, or office supplies.
- Excellent communication skills —you know how to connect with people and build trust, whether over email, phone, or in person.
- A solutions-first mindset —you’re proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Tech-savvy —familiarity with CRM and order management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Unleashed, Notion, Canva).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and drive conversations with energy and confidence.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Competitive Package: £30,000 per annum + bonus + company options—because your work should pay off.
- Hands-On Learning: Work closely with senior leaders and be part of a high-growth journey.
- Flexible & Fun Culture: Remote-first with one day a week in London. Plus, private health insurance, 28 days of holiday, monthly wellness days, and more.
- Make a Difference: Be part of a brand that’s serious about sustainability, inclusivity, and giving back (5% of profits go to people and the planet).
- Travel Opportunities: Attend key meetings and events in London—and maybe even the US!
