We’re thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing FMCG challenger brands, a business that’s becoming more recognisable (and loved) by the week. They’re boldly taking market share from global giants and are led by an ambitious leadership team destined for big things.

They’re now on the hunt for a brilliant New Product Development Manager to help turn their bold ideas into reality – shaping, validating, and launching exceptional new products into the market. This is a brand new role, created off the back of phenomenal growth!

What do you need to bring to the table? 💼

⭐️ 3+ years of hands-on Product Development experience

⭐️ Background in an FMCG challenger brand – ideally in the Food & Drink or Health & Wellness space

⭐️ Strong project management skills is critical

⭐️ A solid understanding of Quality & Technical processes, with proven experience working cross-functionally with Ops and Procurement departments

⭐️ A genuine passion for the Health & Wellness / Fitness space
