National Account Manager Snacking/Confectionery – Speciality Channels Hybrid (Ideally based Midlands or North) C.£55,000 Benefits The opportunity: Over recent years, the business has acquired a number of craft challenger confectionery brands, building a stronger team and engine for growth. The business now requires an energetic National Account Manager to lead the Speciality channel – Farm Shops, Delis, Garden Centres, and manage growth across a portfolio of established and challenger brands. What will my accountabilities be? P&L Ownership of the Speciality Channel Manage existing and new customer P&L, driving a portfolio approach to ensure each Brand has a clear annual sales plan Deliver budgeted sales with a focus on volume, revenue and gross margin progression across the total channel Being the voice of the customer: keep the business informed with relevant account & competitor developments. Be the champion of your channel internally Who will I be working with? Reporting to the Head of Sales and part of a wider commercial team of 5 Working cross functionally with sales, category, marketing, finance and supply A great candidate will have: 3 years FMCG sales experience, with relevant channel experience Self-starter with high-energy, pace and resilience – get it done mentality An agile team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills Well-planned, well organized & a passion for sweet treats In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you : C.£55,000 Hybrid Working (min 1 day per week in office) 25 Days Holiday Company Pension Scheme What happens next?
