Lead Creative Strategist

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing E-Commerce brands in the UK. The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for next year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective.

They’re now looking to hire a new Lead Creative Strategist to manage the high performing team of in-house creative strategists.

📣 Important: To be considered, you MUST have a background in Performance Marketing and Paid Social Media. Meta ad spend is currently c£500k a month, and they’re looking for this person to scale their ad spend considerably over the next 12 months, so experience managing similar sized budgets is important.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

• ⭐️You need to have at least 4 years Performance Creative / Performance Marketing experience.
• ⭐️Ideally you have worked in-house for a D2C brand, or for an agency working with high-growth D2C clients.
• ⭐️Proven Paid Social advertising experience is essential for this role.
• ⭐️Proven team management experience is important as this role involves having 2 direct reports.
