They’ve delivered millions of meals, built a fiercely loyal customer base, and are on a mission to raise the bar in the pet category with natural, no-compromise products that prioritise animal wellbeing and sustainability.

They’re now looking for a National Account Executive to join their retail team and help drive growth across pet retail and convenience. It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to level up their commercial career in a purpose-led, product-obsessed business.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the retail team to deliver in-store execution and brilliant customer collaboration
  • Managing trackers, reports, and category data to keep things running like clockwork
  • Working with merch teams and customers to ensure top-tier in-store presence and display execution
  • Coordinating POS and promotional activity (think: FSDUs, off-shelf and sampling)
  • Helping build fixturisation solutions and supporting cross-functional retail projects
  • Owning master data integrity, pricing files, and customer systems
  • Supporting with planning inputs, S&OP, and tracking trading plans
  • Learning the ropes on consultative selling and category management
What we’re looking for:
  • FMCG experience—ideally 1–2 years in a sales or commercial support role
  • Someone commercially curious, organised, and excited to grow
  • Confident with data, happy in Excel and able to juggle a few things at once
  • Great energy, communication, and team spirit—ready to get stuck in
  • Passion for challenger brands and a genuine interest in the pet space
What’s in it for you:
  • £40–50k salary, plus bonus
  • 25 days holiday + birthday off + paid charity days + sabbatical after 4 years
  • £1,000 personal L&D budget + full retail training programme
  • Private healthcare, dental, mental health & coaching support
  • Discounts on all their products (your pet will thank you)
  • Amazing central London office with snacks, coffee & creative energy
  • Pet-ernity leave and a team who genuinely look out for each other
