  • Coordinating with wholesalers to process orders, manage paperwork and handle logistics needs
  • Monitoring stock levels and working with the ops team to keep things flowing smoothly
  • Managing order updates, delivery queries and supporting with trade customer service
  • Logging deliveries, returns and issues to support monthly reporting and keep things tight

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain or operations (FMCG or drinks industry = a big plus)
  • Someone based within easy reach of SW12 and happy being on-site 5 days a week
  • Super organised and detail-obsessed
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Proficient in Excel and order systems (Shopify a bonus!)
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused, and up for a challenge

What’s in it for you:

  • Join a growing team at a genuinely exciting time
  • Work closely with national restaurant groups and major wholesale partners
  • Get stuck into hands-on logistics and see the impact of your work daily
  • Competitive salary + a collaborative, friendly team
