A fast-growing, purpose-driven beverage company, with celebrity ambassadors, rapidly expanding across global markets is looking to recruit and International Sales Manager. The International Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering an ambitious growth plan, driving double-digit growth year-on-year through best-in-class distributor partnerships. This is a fast moving team, so the right candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced/entrepreneurial culture.
- You will own and manage international distributor accounts with full P&L responsibility, building annual sales targets, negotiate trade spend, and develop joint business plans
- Collaborate on trade and consumer marketing campaigns, including PR and influencer activations
- Travel internationally to key accounts and trade shows
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and commercial decision-making across your markets
