International Sales Manager Hybrid – London Salary £56k + 10% Bonus MKJ Ignite are thrilled to be working with a sparkling flavoured water brand who are reshaping the beverage industry through their values and commitments to sustainability. We’re on the hunt for a passionate, strategic international manager to join their team and m channel and manage their existing business and secure new business across Europe . In this strategic role, you’ll be reporting to the Head of International Sales, helping grow their presence in selected international markets, particularly in Europe. As International Sales Manager, you’ll lead relationships with distributors, build strategic joint business plans (JBPs), and ensure all customers globally receive the same exceptional service that has made the brand a standout in the UK. What skills do you need to have to be considered? Proven track record in FMCG sales. Strategic, entrepreneurial, and well-organized with a strong drive for results. Skilled in relationship-building and adept at presenting to senior stakeholders. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in international sales. Strategic acumen with JBP experience and a focus on driving long-term growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; an additional language is advantageous. A collaborative spirit, eager to support wider company initiatives. What you will be doing? Manage key international accounts with a primary focus on European markets, overseeing full P&L responsibility. Set annual sales targets, creating JBPs that drive meaningful growth with each distributor. Plan, negotiate, and manage trade spend and promotional budgets to maximise impact in the set regions. Identify new market opportunities and areas of growth within current markets. Partner closely with our marketing team and local distributors to execute compelling trade and consumer marketing campaigns. Build out market forecasts, budgets, and analyse P&L for each new opportunity, presenting these findings to gain buy-in across the business. Work across teams to align sustainability, marketing, and operational strategies with customer needs.
