MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working exclusively with a well-known brand in the Pet food space, with a rapidly scaling E-Commerce brand. The business has grown substantially and now the Brand Leader is looking to hire an Influencer Manager to devise an Influencer strategy and build strong relationships with a network of key influencers, alongside supporting the growth of the Influencer Executive.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Create and Execute the Influencer Marketing Strategy for the business, guiding key stakeholders on the journey.
  • Research & develop a pipeline of key MACRO influencers, Mid-tier talent and content creators.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard influencers and content creators.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of these influencers.
  • Keep a close eye on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Manage and optimise Influencer Marketing Budgets.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • A minimum of 3 years Talent & Influencer Partnerships experience.
  • Experience working with or for an FMCG or Retail brand is important (agency or in-house is fine).
  • Management experience.
  • Extremely strong communication and organisation skills are critical for this role.
  • Strong data and numeracy skills are very important.
