Based close to Cheltenham, salary up to £35k dependent on experience + EMI Shares + Discretionary Bonus.

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be exclusively working with a FMCG challenger brand, which is on an exciting journey. The brand is looking to hire an eCommerce Executive to help supercharge their DTC efforts.

The right candidate will have previous experience working in an Ecommerce role for ideally a DTC Subscription brand and is looking for the opportunity to grow in a team that is currently expanding, making it a real chance to define your career in the eCommerce space. You will get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business, with a real entrepreneurial mindset.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day management of the brand's website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Manage and coordinate eCommerce campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches, collaborating with digital, marketing, merchandising, and design teams.
  • Analyse website performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor websites and industry trends, providing recommendations for improving the site and online strategies.
  • Manage product uploads, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.

  • Candidates MUST have strong experience working in the eCommerce space.
  • Able to be both hands-on and strategic.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven.
