Health and Wellness Brand

MKJ Ignite is delighted to be exclusively working with a Health and Wellness challenger brand, which is on an exciting journey. They have been growing at an impressive 40–50% year-on-year, driven largely by their success in Trade. With revenues now at around £4m, they are on track to reach £10m within the next 2–3 years. A key part of this journey is building a stronger online presence to create a balanced 50/50 split between Trade and Online.

To make this happen, they are seeking a talented eCommerce and Digital Marketing professional who can supercharge their online growth by driving subscriptions and elevating brand awareness. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of their Shopify website and associated eCommerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon, and digital e-retailers. You will also help manage the Amazon and Paid Media Agency. You will report to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade & Operations to deliver an exceptional online experience for customers and rapidly grow their eCommerce sales channel.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

️ Candidates MUST have strong omni-channel eCommerce experience, ideally on Shopify.

️ Technical eCommerce knowledge including tech stack.

️ Knowledge of Klaviyo, Paid Media, Amazon, and Social Media.

️ You will be an AMAZING coordinator, working cross-functionally for the good of the business.

️ Ambitious, commercially savvy, creative thinker, and excited by growth.
