Here at MKJ Ignite, we’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing companies in the UK (announced recently in the FEBE Top 100 list). The brand is absolutely stunning from a Design perspective, they’ve really created a beautiful set of products. The team is growing and as a result they’re now looking to hire a Digital Design Manager to join the growing creative team. They’re looking for someone to take their creativity, artwork and visual direction to the next level by producing high-level assets across web, social media, paid ads, packaging, email, print + more.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️You need to have at least 5 years Design experience with a portfolio of work across Digital & Print assets.
⭐️Experience of working in-house for an FMCG or Retail brand is critical (B2C).
⭐️Challenger brand/start-up experience would be beneficial.
⭐️Proven Design experience for email design and paid ads is essential.
⭐️Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom would be great).
