MKJ Ignite are excited to be working with a RTD Cocktail brand; originating during the pandemic, they quickly grew through direct-to-consumer sales and are now expanding into the on trade channel. We’re on the hunt for a passionate, results-driven BDM to join their team.
As a BDM, you’ll focus on driving new business development, building high-impact relationships with on trade and retail partners, and ensuring our brand’s presence and growth in on trade. Your goal will be to secure new product listings, expand distribution, and promote their full product portfolio, including innovative RTD cocktail offerings made with premium spirits.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- Experience: Proven track record in FMCG sales or strong interest in the industry.
- Mindset: Strategic, entrepreneurial, and well-organized with a strong drive for results.
- Communication: Skilled in relationship-building and adept at presenting to senior stakeholders.
- New Business Expertise: Demonstrated success in securing new listings and growing grocery.
What you will be doing?
- Lead and develop on trade accounts, maintaining strong partner relationships and achieving sustained growth.
- Build and manage a robust new business pipeline, targeting key partners for grocery channel expansion.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating terms and securing product listings.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing accounts and drive sales growth through strategic insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on product activations, in-store promotions, and launches.
