We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven digital marketing manager to take full ownership of our acquisition and retention marketing activity. This role will be responsible for driving profitable customer growth through paid media, CRM, and organic social channels, whilst ensuring strong performance across all digital marketing activity.
You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to ensure traffic, campaigns, and customer journeys are fully aligned with on-site experience, trading calendar, product launches, and overall commercial objectives. This role will suit someone who is both analytical and creative, with strong experience in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key responsibilities:- Own all paid media activity including Google ads, meta, Affiliate programs, TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, efficiency, and scalability.
- Manage CRM strategy and execution using Klaviyo, including email and SMS marketing.
- Build and optimise customer lifecycle flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, checkout recovery, and post-purchase journeys.
- Own organic social media strategy, content output, and community growth.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategy across all digital channels.
- Own performance reporting, attribution analysis, and channel insight to improve marketing efficiency.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to align campaigns with site merchandising, trading calendar, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are consistent with brand direction and messaging.
- Identify opportunities for audience growth, automation, and performance improvement across all channels.
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion or e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing strategy.
- Experience managing organic social media accounts for brands.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
The role is based full-time at our HQ in Bingley, West Yorkshire, Monday–Friday. This role is not suited to freelance, hybrid or remote workers. Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
