Inline with the next exciting stage of growth, MKI MIYUKI ZOKU are looking for a Head of Operations who will lead the full operational infrastructure at MKI, reporting into the CEO. This is a leadership role responsible for leading the brand’s operational engine (warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, supply chain, systems, and customer experience), ensuring it operates seamlessly, efficiently, and at a level that supports sustained domestic and international growth.

Working closely with the CEO, this role will design, lead, and continuously improve the systems, processes, and partnerships that underpin MKI’s commercial performance and customer experience.
