A new role has become available at MKI MIYUKI ZOKU for a Customer Experience Assistant and Office Administrator. The role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer journey across all direct-to-consumer touchpoints, including managing all inbound customer communications, proactively improving service processes, and ensuring all public-facing information is accurate and up to date. This is a customer-facing, communication-led role focused on resolution, insight, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to and resolving all incoming customer enquiries across email, live chat, social media, and other channels.
  • Delivering clear, timely, and on-brand resolutions to all customer enquiries.
  • Escalating operational issues where necessary to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring full resolution for the customer.

Performance & Insight

  • Recording, categorising, and tracking all customer enquiries.
  • Identifying recurring themes or friction points and proposing solutions.
  • Proactively suggesting and implementing improvements to cx processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

Courier & Delivery Issues

  • Managing the resolution and reporting of all parcel claims with courier partners.
  • Liaising with couriers regarding lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
  • Maintaining accurate internal records of delivery-related issues and outcomes.
  • Ensuring all public-facing customer information (help centre, FAQs, T&Cs, shipping information) is accurate and up to date.
  • Proactively identifying gaps in information and creating new guidance based on customer needs and recurring enquiries.

General Office Duties

  • Managing external meetings – coordinating schedules, invitations, and any required follow-ups.
  • Booking travel and key meetings – arranging flights, accommodation, transport, and ensuring calendars are up to date.
  • Maintaining office operations and supplies – keeping day-to-day office activities running smoothly and ensuring essential supplies are stocked.

Success Measurements

  • First response time and overall resolution time.
  • Customer satisfaction scores.
  • Reduction in delivery-related complaints.
  • Improved clarity and usage of help centre documentation.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a customer service or customer experience role (preferably within e-commerce or retail).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to represent the brand tone of voice.
  • Experience using customer service platforms (or similar CRM systems).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
