We're looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to support our Digital Department, working closely with the E-Commerce Lead across digital day-to-day and campaign activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for e-commerce and menswear. You'll support the maintenance and development of our website, app, and digital platforms across new product launches, campaigns, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and merchandise products across digital platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging, and optimised for launch.
- Monitor and update meta titles, descriptions, and alt text to support SEO performance.
- Assist in planning, writing, and scheduling weekly email campaigns and automations.
- Support the analysis of the website and customer behaviour, providing insights to inform improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Conduct competitor research and report on trends, new features, promotional strategies, and brand rollouts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or related field (including internships).
- Must have a good eye for digital trends and a solid interest in men's contemporary fashion.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify & Klaviyo or other e-commerce platforms.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
The role is based full-time, at our headquarters in Bingley, West Yorkshire, Monday – Friday (this role is not suited to freelance or remote workers).
Desirable:
- Experience with Canva, or similar design platforms, is beneficial.
- Basic image editing and resizing skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising.
