MKH Search are looking to hire experienced Principal Recruitment Consultants who want more autonomy, stronger earning potential and the opportunity to support our continued growth in our London office. This is a 360 recruitment role, allowing consultants to leverage established client relationships while building their own client and candidate networks.

About Us:

Since inception in 2019, we have doubled revenue year-on-year while building a client base where over 90% of companies we work with are repeat customers. Our core markets include Heavy Civil Infrastructure and General Buildings. Additionally, we work across Corporate Services, Data Centers and the Water/Wastewater market - all across the United States. We manage assignments for USA construction companies ranging in size from $50M contractors to some of the world's largest construction and engineering firms with global revenues of $10B+.

Why MKH Search?

We believe experienced recruiters perform best when they're trusted to do what they do best. That's why we've built a mature, high-performance environment that focuses on outcomes rather than unnecessary KPI monitoring. Some of the reasons experienced recruiters choose MKH:

  • Quarterly commission structure paying up to 47% and additional incentives
  • Multiple consultants earned over £50k in commission in Q1 alone
  • Flexible working patterns around US hours
  • Clear and transparent progression opportunities
  • Genuine autonomy over your desk
  • Established client relationships across the US market

What We're Looking For:

We are interested in speaking with recruiters who:

  • Have experience within recruitment, ideally US-focused markets
  • Have a proven track record of high-performance and billing
  • Want to be part of a growing business where they can make a genuine impact

Whether you are actively exploring new opportunities or just want to learn more, we'd welcome a totally confidential conversation about your experience and career ambitions.
