Additionally, we work across Corporate Services, Data Centers and the Water/Wastewater market – all across the United States. We are headquartered in Central London (City of London) and manage assignments for USA construction companies ranging in size from $50M contractors to some of the world’s largest construction and engineering firms with global revenues of $10B+. What will your role entail?

  • Researching potential candidates, finding innovative ways of sourcing information – you will be conducting methodical and meticulous searches.
  • Interviewing candidates to understand their experience, skills and career aspirations and selling roles or opportunities.
  • Researching companies and industry trends to decipher potential clients to pitch our services.
  • Engage with C-Suite & Business Owners of clients and potential clients to generate new roles and establish yourself as a market leader within your industry.
  • Managing processes with multiple candidates, ensuring you maintain a high standard of work and service levels.
  • Meeting clients and candidates in virtual environments – not being afraid to get on the phone! If you are successful in generating new business and target revenue, travel to the US is a strong possibility.

  • Uncapped Commission structure.
